    摘要:

    脑胶质瘤是最常见的原发性中枢神经系统肿瘤,其中胶质母细胞瘤侵袭性强,存在手术效果差、化疗耐药等问题,因此亟待发现新的、有效的治疗方法。间充质干细胞(MSCs)属于一类早期未分化干细胞,具有很强的增殖能力、巨大的分化潜能及独特的“归巢”能力。MSCs可从人体多种组织中分离获得,组织来源不同的MSCs可能具有不同的生理特性,发挥促瘤或抑瘤的作用。根据MSCs的“归巢”特性,将其作为基因治疗的载体,实现肿瘤靶向精准治疗,以期改善肿瘤耐药及复发等问题。该文将介绍近年来MSCs在胶质瘤治疗中的研究进展以及所面临的挑战。

    Abstract:

    Glioma is the most common primary central nervous system tumor, and glioblastoma is characterized by high aggression, poor surgical outcome, and chemotherapy resistance. There is a pressing need to discover new and effective treatments. Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are undifferentiated stem cells with high proliferation ability, great differentiation potential, and unique “homing” ability. MSCs can be isolated from a variety of human tissues, with different physiological characteristics for tumor promotion or inhibition. The “homing” of MSCs can be used for gene therapy to achieve precise targeted tumor therapy and to improve tumor drug resistance and recurrence. In this article, we introduce the research progress and challenges of MSCs in the treatment of glioma in recent years.
