    摘要:

    骨髓间充质干细胞(Bone Marrow Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells,MSCs)是一种存在于骨髓中的组织干细胞,能够分泌多种造血调控因子及细胞外基质的组织干细胞,具有自我增殖和多向分化潜能,可以向中枢神经细胞分化,包括神经元细胞、星形胶质细胞和少突胶质细胞等。骨髓间充质干细胞还具有易于培养,免疫性低等特点,已被广泛应用于治疗创伤性脑损伤疾病的细胞移植研究。

    Abstract:

    Bone marrow derived mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)is a kind of tissue stem cell which can secret various hemopoietic regulation factors and extracellular matrix in bone marrow,and it possess the ability of self-proliferation and multipotential differentiation.MSCs can differentiate into central nervous system cells,including neurons,astrocytes and oligodendrocytes.It is prone to cell culture and has low immunogenicity, so it has been widely applied to transplantation research on treatment of traumatic brain injury disease.
