Abstract：Thrombin is important to the injure of brain tissue after Cerebral hemorrhage.Through the introduction of chemical structure and receptor distribution，The article carries on the summary of the mechanism of brain injury after cerebral hemorrhage based on thrombin，from four aspects as cerebral edema， inflammatory response， cerebral ischemic injury，and neuronal damage.And taking the outlook that low-dose thrombin pretreatment plays a protective effect on brain tissue.
