综述了Nogo-54，Nogo-54m,Nogo-66的结构，功能及对中枢神经系统再生的作用机制，探讨Nogo-54m对Nogo-66的拮抗作用机制，以及展望该机制对开发具有神经保护作用和促进神经生长活性的治疗药物的前景

Abstract:

The structures, functions and the mechanisms of action on CNS neurite regeneration of Nogo-54, Nogo-54m, Nogo-66 were reviesed. The mechanisms of action of the antagonism of Nogo-54m on Nogo-66 were discussed. It was expected to the mechanism of action for the design and development of therapies for CNS injury and the activity of neuroprotection and enhancement of neurite outgrowth
