Multiple Sclerosis is easily with depressive disorders, the pathogenesis is complicated,and the clinical manifestations between the two often overlap, scale application is lack of systematic research and standards, medicine therapy has no evidence of evidence-based medicine,so the diagnosis is more difficult. This review focuses on the pathogenesis 、clinical manifestation、diagnosis、treatment and other related issues of the current multiple sclerosis associated with depressive disorders.
