    摘要:

    新生儿期和婴儿期早期是脑发育的关键窗口期,也是颅内出血的风险期,其严重程度可分为一般、良性到潜在破坏性。作为新生儿神经系统的常见疾病,颅内出血(intracranial hemorrhage,ICH)以脑室周围 - 脑室内出血(Periventricular intraventricular hemorrhage; GMH - IVH)最常见,且病情进展迅速,致死、致残率较高[1]危重儿抢救成功率在医学的快速发展的当今虽大幅提高,但ICH仍然是新生儿科的巨大难题。由于其复杂的发生机制,为了减少疾病发生率、改善患儿预后,掌握新生儿ICH的临床特征,了解ICH发生的危险因素,采取有效的预防措施都是尤为重要。现将新生儿ICH原因及高危因素、国内外研究现状等总结如下,以提高人们对新生儿ICH的正确认识,并帮助医学判断与处理。

    [Abstract]: Neonatal and early infancy are critical windows for brain development. It is also a risk period for intracranial hemorrhage, which can range in severity from general and benign to potentially destructive. Intracranial hemorrhage (ICH) is a common neurological lesion in neonatology, with periventricular-intraventricular hemorrhage (GMH-IVH) being the most common. The disease progresses rapidly and has a high mortality and disability rate. The success rate of rescuing critically ill children has significantly improved in recent years, thanks to the rapid advancements in medicine, and ICH is still a major problem in neonatology. The pathogenesis of neonatal ICH is complex, understand preterm birth.
