At present, the incidence of penetrating craniocerebral injury is relatively low, and the penetration of metal foreign bodies is more common in clinical practice. A case of a tooth penetrating the frontal sinus into the skull caused by an injury admitted to our hospital and leading to a chronic infection of the frontal sinus was reported, which was cured by using autologous fascia fat packing.
