    摘要:

    环状RNA(circRNAs)是一种在真核细胞中广泛表达的非编码RNA,是由一段基因中单个或多个外显子及少量内含子的3‘端和5’端通过头到尾的反向剪接后环化形成,其相对于线性RNA拥有较为稳定的性质。现以证实circRNA在多种肿瘤和正常组织中表达具有明显差异,且在肿瘤的发生发展过程中发挥重要作用。近年来,以circRNA为代表的一系列非编码RNA(ncRNA)作为儿童中枢神经系统(central nervous system, CNS)恶性肿瘤治疗的靶点和特异性标记物成为研究热点,本文将对circRNAs与儿童常见CNS恶性肿瘤发生发展的关系的最新进展做一综述。

    Abstract:

    Circular RNAs (circRNAs) are non-coding RNAs that are widely expressed in eukaryotic cells. They are spliced ??from the 3"end and 5"end of a single or multiple exons in a gene through head-to-tail reverse splicing. Cyclization is relatively stable compared to linear RNA. It is now confirmed that the expression of circRNA in a variety of tumors and normal tissues is significantly different, and it plays an important role in the occurrence and development of tumors. In recent years, a series of non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs) represented by circRNA have become research hotspots as targets and specific markers for the treatment of malignant tumors of the central nervous system (CNS) in children. The latest development of the relationship between the occurrence and development of CNS malignant tumors is reviewed.
