Objective: An appropriate guiding catheter can not only provide sufficient support but also have good navigability, which is one of the keys to ensure the success of endovascular treatment of intracranial aneurysm.The Envoy DA catheter (Codman, USA) is a novel guide catheter with an 8-cm distal flexible segment. This study purpose to evaluate the navigability, supportability, and safety of the Envoy DA catheter for the endovascular treatment of anterior circulatory aneurysms with carotid artery tortuosity.
