Abstract:Objective: Thirteen patients with wide-neck ESIAs admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to January 2021 were selected. Evaluation was performed by computed tomography angiography (CTA) or digital subtraction angiography (DSA). All patients were successfully treated with stent-assisted techniques, and all stents were placed accurately and functioned well. There was no rupture of aneurysm during the operation, no coil protrusion of the distal vessel, and no cerebral infarction. After discharge, all patients recovered well.
