NOD样受体热蛋白结构域相关蛋白3（NLRP3）炎性小体是一种多蛋白复合物，可导致有活性的胱天蛋白酶1（caspase-1）的形成，以及白细胞介素（IL）-1β、IL-18等炎症因子的成熟和释放。研究表明，NLRP3炎性小体在多种中枢神经系统（CNS）疾病的发病机制中扮演着重要角色。该文围绕NLRP3炎性小体的结构特征、表达分布、激活及作用机制进行综述，并阐述其在常见CNS疾病中发挥的作用，以期为CNS疾病的防治提供新的研究思路。
Nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain-like receptor protein 3 （NLRP3） inflammasome is a multiprotein complex that can lead to the formation of activate caspase-1 and the maturation and release of the inflammatory mediators such as interleukin-1β and interleukin-18. Studies have shown that NLRP3 inflammasome plays a crucial role in the pathogenesis of various central nervous system （CNS） diseases. This article reviews the structural features， expression distribution， activation， and mechanism of action of NLRP3 inflammasome and elaborates on its role in common CNS diseases， so as to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of CNS diseases.
