    摘要:

    目的 探讨蝶骨嵴内侧型脑膜瘤的显微外科技巧和疗效。方法 回顾性分析我院2013年6月至2017年6月26例蝶骨嵴内侧型脑膜瘤手术患者临床资料。结果 所有病例均经翼点或者扩大翼点入路。采用显微外科技术切除肿瘤,后期病例在电生理监测下切除。SimpsonⅠ级切除5例,Simpson Ⅱ级切除21例,无手术死亡病例。随访6月~4年,预后优良,未见复发。结论 采用精细的显微外科技术,充分保护周围神经、血管,可提高肿瘤的全切率,增强手术疗效,减少肿瘤复发。

    Abstract:

    Objective To investigate the microsurgical skills for medial sphenoid ridge meningiomas and its therapeutic efficacy.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 26 patients with medial sphenoid ridge meningiomas who underwent microsurgery in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2017.Results All patients underwent microsurgical resection via the pterional approach or extended pterional approach. The advanced cases were surgically treated under electro-physiological monitoring. Of the 26 patients, 5 had Simpson grade I resection, and 21 had Simpson grade Ⅱ resection. No mortality was observed. After 6-48 months of follow-up, they had a good prognosis and no recurrence was observed.Conclusions Sophisticated microsurgery can effectively protect the peripheral nerves and blood vessels, increase the rate of total tumor resection, improve the therapeutic efficacy, and reduce tumor recurrence.
