The clinical, laboratory and pathological data of a 52-year-old female patient with primary Sjögren's syndrome were retrospectively reviewed. The patient presented with motor and sensory dysfunctions of lower extremities, and dry eyes and dry mouth. The study suggested that nervous system impairments may be the first manifestation in patients with primary Sjögren's syndrome.
