We think the pathophysiological rnachanism of the cerebral infarction with CHD were microcirculatory diso- rder due to arteriosclerosis cerebral artery and coronary vascular and reperfusion injury after ischemia. In order to improve the rate of diaynosis and treat- merit.We have emphasied that the patient should be required on detail history of disease,careful physical ex- amination and cardiac-brain function monitoring as ear- ly as possible;and with the principle of cerebral infarc- tion and CHD treated simultaneously.
